The Grantham Memorial Park Board Members requested the installation of a weatherproof bulletin board intended for the display of park regulations, promoting upcoming events, and posting community-related information. The enclosure is expected to withstand adverse weather conditions and blend with the park's natural environment. Representatives from the organization suggested that the design be modeled on outdoor bulletin boards and kiosks found within Pennsylvania State Parks. 

Grantham Memorial Park contains more than 450 gravesites in addition to a popular walking trail. It is within walking distance of Messiah University. The walking trail is used daily by university students and community members. The memorial park sees hundreds of visitors each year. Park leaders want a method of displaying the rules for the park, maps of the grave sites, and notices for community events. This outdoor bulletin board will safely contain those materials in a visually pleasing display.
